Arrival is at 6:00 p.m. with activities beginning at 6:30 including a scavenger hunt, behind-the-scenes tours with live animal encounters, and animal enrichment activities. The evening winds down with hot chocolate, campfire and smores.

At 7:00 a.m., it’s rise and shine, pack your gear and have a continental breakfast (provided with the program). Complete your adventure by observing the animals enjoying the enrichment made the night before and with an early morning tour around the Zoo. The program ends at 9:00 a.m.; however your group is welcome to enjoy the Zoo for the remainder of the day.

Zoo Snoozes are designed for youths ages seven and older. Minimum group size is 15. Participants will sleep in 4-person tents provided for up to 35 people.

Participants are responsible for providing their own sleeping gear and toiletries. Restroom facilities are available; however there are no shower facilities.

It is permissible to bring additional drinks and snacks for the group. As the program begins at 6:00 p.m. it is assumed that the group has already eaten dinner. However, for an additional $5 per person you can purchase the Deluxe Zoo Snooze package that includes dinner. Dinner consists of a hot dog, chips, cookie, and soda. With the Deluxe option your, adventure will begin at 5:30 p.m.
